For the variety, you can't beat the price, but that price also reflects the quality. It's great if you're unsure what will look good on you, want choices for not a lot of money, or for something that you won't feel too bad about if it gets lost or blemished. I’ve never owned bolo ties before this set. I did not know what to expect, but with a western tinge in my attire and in my ears musically, I was inclined to try some out. I wore these out to a few concerts and to a thanksgiving dinner. Nothing but compliments. The acrylic and sterling silver knots are heavy and durable. The tassels are not real leather but they got me started on my way to being a bolo tie guy. I may branch out and get a leather tassel and reuse the knots on that whenever I decide to do so.

Bought these to represent Texas at a wedding overseas. The cord is tight, leather feel and a good length (I worried it might be too short for hubs). If you need a couple bolos for costume or when the rodeo comes to town- these fit the bill for a tiny price.
