I have a love/hate relationship with my cast iron skillet. I decided I'm going to start fresh with it this year and see if I can fall in love with it. As part of that, I had a few spots of burnt on deposits that I wanted to get off. This got them all off with relative ease. If you push hard, it can get anything off, but I suspect that if you use too much force with it, it would be too abrasive for any type of pan.Then, I cooked with the pan and had a few places where some bits of food got stuck. I used this very gently with hot water and everything came off without being too abrasive for the skillet.I really liked it, I'm hopeful it will help me with my cast iron skillet over time!

love the handle makes it so easy to scrub but it wont clean the corners of my cast iron pan

in the bast i would wad up tinfoil into a ball and use that to scrub my cast iron pans. This tool is much more convenient and probably much cheaper in the long run. Easy to scrub harder when needed with this tool and when i'm done i can rinse it out and pop it in the dishwasher if i want to

Tried using this with my steel pan but it took off the seasoning in places. I used it with my cast iron but it didn't really remove the burnt on bits, the scraper worked the best. I use it every time.

The scrubber works well on my cast iron pan for cleaning. I like the handle because you can scrub your pan and your hands stay clean which doesn’t happen with scrub pads. Easy to use and easy to clean the unit. Comes with a stand to leave it on your counter.
