Really enjoying this hammock. The 10' was too small for my frame. Nice quality and looks great. Poly material isn't quite as soft as cotton rope but certainly comfortable. Hammock is outside all summer so hopefully poly rope will last longer.

We purchased this hammock to replace our old one that we bought locally and was pretty pricey. We were hesitant because this hammock was much cheaper and we knew that we'd be comparing it to the more expensive one constantly.We were very surprised when this hammock came. Immediately we were impressed by the build quality and noted that it was very similar to our old hammock. Never again will we go back to the old hammock company this one give us way more bang for our buck. We love it and it has held up very well for almost a year.

I bought a hammock from one of the big box stores that looks similar to this but would not hold weight. This one came in plenty of time and looks great. This is the third one of these we have bought in 5 years. The first one rotted out after year 4 and the second one became a dog chew toy with our new puppy. Those seemed to be a little bit more sturdy than the newest order. This newest order from amazon when I sat on it immediately stretched and I was on the ground. I am very much under the 450 lb weight limit so this was quite a shock when I found my but still in the hammock with my butt on the ground. I don't recall either of my others doing this. Once I adjusted the chains on my stand it seemed to be fine. The cheaper big box store one took 4 adjustments before I didn't have to readjust.So in conclusion, this isn't as nice as the ones I have bought in the past but compared to a more expensive home improvement store hammock that is the same style I will give it 4 stars.

The last hammock I ordered lasted about 15 years and I'm hoping this one does as well. It's used regularly year round even when it's cold outside. My dog (15 lbs) and I wrap up and enjoy. We love to swing! The hammock is made well and is attached to an iron stand that sits underneath a patio cover. Good workmanship. Thank you!!!

Used for relaxation in the garden. Required expensive mounting posts and a lot of work preparing for the install.Product good quality and well made. Very comfortable for relaxation and reading!!

This is a beautiful hammock. It's beautifully made and looks like it will be very comfortable. The rope seems to be soft. Unfortunately, the company shipped us a hammock with one of its wooden crossbars broken and looked as though it had been previously returned to them. We didn't even fully open the hammock once we saw the break. We would have loved to try it out on a warm sunny day, but it is in the trash without even being fully opened up. Since we didn't open the box until it was just slightly warmish out and just past the window of return they refuse to do anything about it. Money down the drain on a product that was previously damaged merchandise and sent to us as if it were new. (Even if we could return it, they would have us pay for shipping.) Very disappointed in the values of this company. This looked like it could be a great product, but will not purchase from this company again.

I replaced an older, well worn hammoc with this one . It's better quality than the old one was for about half the price. Attachment hardware and instructions are very good. The only complaint is with the advertising. This brand along with almost all others tell you the length of the hammoc, but don't tell you how to determine what length you should order. They did a great job of putting this info in the instruction sheet, but by the time you are reading that, your only choices are to figure out how to live with what you ordered or return it and order another size.

I’ve had a few pawleys island hammocks last a lot longer than this one. Thin rope completely broke on 10 different strands and somebody hit the ground. Lasted about a year and a half. Cotton version.
