Great product! This it the perfect jack. You never know when you will not have smooth surface to jack something up. This Jack works great over dirt, gravel just as well and it built tuff. Perfect size, easy to get in place to use. Worth more than the asking price for sure.

Great packaging, arrived with no damage. Assembly was super quick, maybe 2 minutes. The first time I used this (past the return window), I wished I hadn't bought it and had gotten the more expensive RennStand instead. 3 negatives: First, if your car has a small jackpoint (not an entire frame but a small pad), the part of the jack that lifts the small part of the car covers up the part where the jack stand needs to go. So either the jack pad is offset/barely on the jack point and you risk it slipping off, or you place the jackstand offset/barely on the jack point and you risk it slipping off. Not safe for smaller jacking points. Secondly, when I needed to reposition the jack and pump up a different part of the car, the jack stopped lifting. Took me a while to figure out what was wrong with it. Underneath the jack is a horizontal cylinder with 2 metal arms attached to it, and on one side the snap ring keeping the arm in place won't stay on. It seems like a normal non-defective ring but when I tried to put it back on it just pops off again. The ring on the other side's arm is staying on...for now. I tapped a tiny screw in and will see if that holds the arm in place. Lastly, when I contacted Amazon for assistance either getting parts for this brand new jack which I only used once so far, they said I need to contact CAT. I did, and of course they said since I didn't buy it from their website, there is nothing I can do and should contact Amazon. So avoid this product, which is made by Powerbuilt with CAT branding.

I really like just about everything regarding this jack--the only downside being the rather short 16.5" clearance. A typical low profile jack will get you 20". That said, it's rated for 2 tons, which is still good enough for most small cars. This can still take the place of a jack stand for additional support on the subframe or elsewhere.I used this on my trailer to swap a spare out, and it felt stable. This thing is so lightweight and the wheels are so big... Call me crazy, but I feel safer wedging a rock behind the wheels when using this.The carry handle is perfect. It's near dead-center, and it's got a comfortable grip. Easy to just pickup and carry. My 3.5 ton jack is huge and must be at least 3 times heavier (I hate to even wheel that thing around). Portability really makes this thing a winner. It may not be the primary jack I use for my vehicles, but even at 16.5", it's good enough to at least use as a supplementary jack. I never work under at car without at least 3 forms of support.I do like how the long bar collapses and attaches to the side. The extension fits over the bars nicely, but you still have to be careful not to tip the thing while carrying (the mounting plate that lifts the vehicle doesn't store anywhere and is just held on by gravity. I may attach a little carry pouch to the handle to securely hold that mount (if it's lost, the jack will be mostly useless).

There is a crack in it, paint beat of it and the bolt is gone that keeps the handle in place
