As soon as we received the product, it did not work or connect. We tried all the troubleshoot methods and still nothing would work. Tried contacting customer service, but they were unhelpful (telling us to do everything we already did) and they were difficult to get in contact with via phone call.Pretty disappointing since this was one of the most expensive ones on amazon - would have expected more.UPDATE:The company graciously sent my husband and me a replacement robot. It seems that we had a completely defective bot because the new one that they sent us works very well and as we had expected it to work the first time. It did everything it was supposed to do and was super easy to connect/set up. Our cats love the lazer and treats and the picture/features are good. We also like how it has play modes. As for battery life, it seems pretty good and the bot is fairly quiet when it moves around too, which is nice.Unfortunately, it does not go over our little floor transition to our kitchen, so we are a little bummed about that, and we kind of wish the direction buttons would let you move side to side and forward and back at the same time like some other bots can and that you could adjust its speed to go a little faster or slower, but overall it is super easy to navigate. Also, I am still a bit weary of the longevity of the product because the trouble we had the first time, but we are hoping it was simply just a malfunction or defected device.

My cats are obsessed with this thing! That is such a bonus because I wanted the robot so I could drive it around to find them to check on them when we are away, but because they love the laser light so much, they come running when it first turns on!I also have to say that they first one did have some problems and I was worried about what kind of response I would get from the company, but, in fact, they are awesome! They were more responsive than I was, LOL. They gave me suggestions to fix the beeping and when it didn't work, they offered a free replacement even though it was past 30 days. It turned out to be difficult through Amazon so they refunded my purchase and asked me to return it. They paid for the shipping and they are giving me 25% off my re-purchase.The second robot works perfectly and I am so happy with the product and the service. It's rare to find that in the way the world works these days. Thank you Pumpkii!!!!

I got this robot so I could play with my cats and give them treats while I’m away. They love it! The laser is great and my cats really enjoy chasing it. It has 3 different laser settings that will run for like 3-5 mins each or you can manually use the laser to play with your cats. Unfortunately the treat dispensing feature didn’t work after the first week, BUT the manufacturer was awesome and they attempted to help me repair the robot. When the repair failed, I was able to return the robot to Amazon and the manufacturer gave me a rebate on the second robot that I purchased to replace the original one with the malfunctioning treat dispenser.

This is a pretty cool gadget for our cat. We can watch him and give him snacks when we are out of town. He won’t play with it. Once he realized it was full of treats it’s just fancy treat dispenser to him. But it is fun to drive around and watch him.What could be better is the controller to drive it, no steering just stop turn left or right then go forward or back. Can’t go diagonally on the control. Cameras good, laser pointer play thing works, and it automatically goes back to the charger.
