opened it and the pen was cracked in half. Originally i had written a bad review as It was a little frustrating for my daughter to have her expectations crushed. However, I know UPS can be rough when handling packages depending who brings it and how their day is going. I was able to mend the crack, and my daughter is now writing in her new diary almost every day. The seller upon reading my original disappointment actually reached out and attempted to make it right, and that meant alot as most do not. The colors are changeable on the pen and the design is nice on the book.

My daughter absolutely love this! She couldn't wait to order this and receive this. It's even cuter in person! It comes with a little lock and key and a little compartment on the front of the character there is a little pouch to store the key. So soft that she can't stop petting it! :) It's a must buy for every little girl!
