I’m not sure who is behind customer service for this product. But the standard is second to none. I got an email the day my product arrived. It wasn’t necessary but at the same time it was. Thank you for being nice people and making a good cat window bed.Suction is solid. Takes 10 mins to assemble (if that)

Easy to put together, very sturdy also. The only problem was my cat was too lazy to get on it😂 so i couldn't keep it. Otherwise it was a very good buy. (Amazing how well the suction cups work on the windows!)

My cat absolutely love this for the few minutes that it worked, but it did break the very first time using it, my cat is no heavier than I would say the average cat so I was somewhat disappointed with this purchase.

As I was putting it together the seem on one side ripped!! What if it ripped if my cat was on it ...he would of got hurt. I threw it away. I want my money back. It's garbage
