I should have written this review months ago. Our granddaughter lost her St. Bernard, Watson, earlier this year. She was devastated! I ordered these chimes for her and her husband. I had forgotten about the order, but came across the order weeks after. When I saw the order had been delivered, I realized it wasn't delivered here. I felt it would just be our loss, but contacted the company anyway. A couple weeks later, here came the chimes. They are absolutely beautiful! When our granddaughter's husband saw them, he cried!!! Thank you so much for your kindness!

Product is as described! Arrived in a timely manner. Because of the weight it's not overly annoying wind chimes. Perfect reminder of my baby when we get a nice breeze. Love this product!

What I liked about this chime was my friend's reaction receiving it after she lost her pet. She hears the sound of those chimes and it warms her heart. Love that he was personalized as well. It's sturdy, the size is perfect, it's light weight yet durable.

This was actually more perfect than I imagined. I have a dear friend that lost her Zoe after ten years. She was devastated and heartbroken. She loves windchimes and when I saw the words on this chime and realized you could customize it, it was a no brainer. She just received it the other day and was blown away. It was simple, yet perfect. A picture would've been too much, but the delicate words and seeing her name, then hearing the chimes were perfect. She has several different chimes on her front porch and these are the first ones to start their beautiful tune when the wind blows. Absolutely perfect! Thank you!
