The first time my cat went outside with it on his collar and came back, it wouldnt work or come on anymore. Ive tried other brands and sellers with same results. Nothing against seller. I just think these things dont work across the board.

These trackers are so easy to set up and use. Inexpensive and no monthly fees! Very happy with performance so far.

Every single thing he touches he breaks. Obviously I have no idea where or how he managed to remove the tag. And it's telling me it's not close. Did he swallow it? Or the tag's durability has issues. I hope he didn't accidentally swallow it 😞

The collar frayed and fell off my cat plus the tracking isn't good, went looking for collar and it didn't pick up on app.

I've used this to keep up with an outdoor cat that adopted us so we know where he is when he's not in our yard. He has quite the range, we have learned, thanks to this device. It's a bit clunky due to the size but I like using it. I think the cat hates it. If the cat loses the collar, this device is gone, but that's true for any trackers like this. I dislike having to download another app but appreciate that there's no subscription.

I got this for my outside cat to keep track of her. She doesn't want to come inside so end to make me feel better. I got this so I know where she is at all times.

I bought this because I didn't want to pay for a monthly service. Unfortunately, they still expect u to (on their app), and it doesn't work well. The tracker is MASSIVE! We bought it for our old cat who demands to go outside but wanders off and doesn't come back for days. The collar is huge and it hangs on him like a necklace. The tracker doesn't really track. You have to be within 50 yards for it to even register. Outside the house, it sent us on multiple wild goose chases. It would say the cat was a few feet away one minute, and then clear across town the next. It was perfectly accurate when the cat was in the house lol. We finally took it off after a couple of weeks, and it had rubbed a whole band of hair off of his neck. We gave up.

The thing isn't worth the money, I even bought 3 of the darn things, one for my cat that likes to escape, she managed to get out of the collar, the thing is so quiet, barely could hear the sound when looking for it. I was in the office, and barely Bluetooth could find it. The other 2, I bought for the dogs. The other day I drove away about 45 min (checked on the dogs, they apparently were with me lol) so checked again today, and they are in the front yard but the tags say all 3 are about 10 miles away! Waste of money, and threw away the instructions but kept the boxes and extra batteries. Doubt I'd get a refund if I even tried! So don't waste the money!
