Much strdier than i hoped...and cats are curious...when it gets warmer they are going to have fun bird watching....... just worried screen holes might let mosquitos in ...we will see in summer....but fun to watch cats ...watch the world outside

Was surprised at this! Quality is pretty good, went together easily in about 45 minutes. Power drill helped. One thing that surprised me was that the entry frame that is braced by the window is metal. Otherwise the cage, base, and fascia are wood. Do yourself a favor and buy a spray can of urethane UV clear sealant and treat the outside portion. The paint used is applied very thinly and the wood will soak up moisture. Also, the pads are thin. Might be fine for you, but not good enough for my guy. The SMALL size KSIIA Orthopedic Dog Bed here on Amazon at the time of this writing is a perfect fit. Another thing I did was apply Window tint film to the top plexi/acrylic roof. Later on I may attach an actual pitched roof to it and do away with the plexi/acrylic altogether... What can I say, I'm an engineer who can't resist the urge to improve EVERYTHING!

My feral turned domesticated cat loves it. Directions were a little confusing but SO WORTH the 30 minutes it took to put it together AND in the window. 5 stars.

After some coaxing to show them that they can indeed squeeze through the plastic drapes, the cats now like it. The quality of the materials seems decent, but we'll see how it lasts through the weather. Assembly was pretty straightforward (took a leisurely 30 minutes). Adjustability is pretty good and it fits in my window pretty well, but you should expect that you may need to add additional weatherstripping based on your specific dimensions.
