Did not come with assembly instructions. Be prepared to refer back to the photos on the product's Amazon listing.Depending on your window type, window will not fully shut when perch is installed. Our windows have a lip at the bottom with latches. Window hits the frame of the perch and will not fully close. A different style of window might allow it to close.Our cat does seem to like the perch and when it's warm enough to have windows open, I will attach the perch for him to enjoy.

I have 2 15lb cats and this holds their weight great since it braces off the window ledge and wall. Unfortunately they don’t really use it but that’s not the product and store’s fault that they are picky. I’ve decided to keep the product to give them the option if they ever do decide to use it.

The window perch is such a great concept. It allows your kitty to sit/lay and watch out the window or soak up some sun or even enjoy a fresh breeze. This one is built a little bit different from a previous one we had so it doesn't snug up on the wall as nice as I wish it did, but it still works great and holds my kitty with not problem. My kitty will lay in the bed for hours napping and bird watching. He is the nosey neighborhood watch and this little perch is his favorite place now.This perch is a great value. When I was assembling it, I realized is was missing a screw that held the arm on so I emailed the company. (They included a card in the original package with their contact info on it) And they were such a pleasure to deal with. Very prompt at communicating and quick to have a solution for me. I am beyond impressed with their customer service!

I lost the instructions for this before putting it together so it took a while for me to assemble it but once I did it turned out to be pretty strong. The hammock is super fluffy and the cats have been enjoying it as a pillow for a while now. The arms do make certain assumptions about the height of your windows relative to the height of the wooden part of your window sill and it left the feet of mine resting not quite on the sill and not quite on the wall. There might have been some kind of adjustment I could do for it but given the instructions are long gone I just don't know.It is very easy to remove and reinstall which is handy as it does prevent the drapes from covering that area. I don't use them much but it is good to have the alternative.

We bought one for each window and they fit perfectly. The cats enjoy laying in them and looking out the window. The wood is great quality and they are easy to put together. The tools are provided! I am very impressed with the craftsmanship.
