I can’t recommend Cat's Pride Lightweight Clumping Litter enough! My cat absolutely loves it, and that’s the ultimate test, right? The baking soda formula does wonders for odor control—no more unpleasant smells lingering around the house. And the added scent is a nice touch; it keeps the litter box fresh without being overpowering. The lightweight clumping feature makes cleaning so much easier; it forms solid clumps that are easy to scoop. Plus, the 10-pound bag lasts quite a while, which is a win for my budget. If you're looking for a litter that both you and your cat will be happy with, give this one a try. It’s definitely become a staple in our household!

I most definitely recommend. I have had many cats & tried many different kinds of litter through the years & am now myself a lifelong customer of cats pride kitty litter, here's why; it's never over priced, never underperforms, It clumps extremely well, there's odor even if I miss a day of scooping out the litter box. I only need to change and clean the box twice a month, and never smell the litter. The box stays in my bedroom, next to my bed I might add! It comes in 10 and 15 lb jugs. One jug lasts my 13 year old fur baby 3 to 4 weeks If changed every 10 to 14 days (using a very large box. I've been using this brand of litter for nearly a year now. Cat's pride kitty litter is my first choice. It's the best choice, it's the only choice in my opinion. I made the mistake of trying a large pail of "tidy cat" because I wanted the pail & the price was too good to ignore. I never thought that it could or would be that bad, after all, "Tidy Cats" is a well known name in kitty litter.actually be terrible? Let me tell you my house smelled of cat pee. Not only was the The smell horrific, it was a huge waste of money. I had to change my cat's litter twice as much and the smell still made my eyes water & my nose burn. Lesson learned! Don't mess around & actually break something trying to fix what's not already broken. I highly recommend cats pride. It IS the best cat litter hands down. You won't be disappointed.

This litter is really cheap compared to other brands but it does do a really good job compared to more expensive counterparts. It's not very rough so your furball won't get hurt if they step on it. The main issue I have is that if your feline is very prone to sneezing near dust I would watch out before buying this. It is extremely dusty and if you have a closed litter box your kitten will be trapped in a cloud of dust. I didn't have too much of an issue with open litter boxes. Just be warned that the dust can cause lung issues for your little friend. It doesn't have a smell unless you go up close to the litter to try and clean it out, I've noticed that the sooner you clean it the more of a smell there is. It does clump pretty well, but tiny little clumps will fall out if you shake the litter out. I cleaned the litter box about 3 hours after my kitty went and it did crumble a lot so i recommend waiting longer if your cat just went.

This is a great litter to use by itself or mixed. Keep in mind that in order to have the best odor control and extended use, you should scoop it daily if you don’t have an automatic litter box.I mix this with either crystal litter with a light scent and baking soda plus a little diatomaceous earth, or mixed with pine pellets since that works best with daily scooping for my specific cat. My roommate’s cats do best with this litter alone and daily scooping.I always keep the litter boxes around 4-5inches of litter, and add what I need to each week. Fill changeout with fresh litter and scrubbing the box every 30 days.

My cat loves this sand. It’s easy for her to dig in it. Contains the smell pretty well low tracking.

Did I buy cat litter, or did I buy cement mix? The jury is still out. This stuff stuck to EVERYTHING. The side of the box, the bottom of the box, the scoop, you name it.To give the litter some credit, it's not super heavy, and I HATE scented litter. This either has no scent or very little scent, so good there. I can't talk about odor absorption since I have a very bad sense of smell. However, the amount that comes in the container is not enough to fill up my litter box the prescribed 3+ inches. We could partially call this my fault because I am using a very large litter box that is designed for maine coon cats, but still, I did try to have around 3 inches of litter deep at all points in the box (which is a lot less than the 8 inches I prefer to normally have). If it weren't already obvious, when I went to clean the box, the litter had soaked all the way through to the bottom, which in turn meant it stuck to the bottom. I have a metal scoop, and it was only by beating it against the bottom of the box that I was able to SLOWLY break apart the giant mound of cement-like cat litter clumps off the bottom of the box.My cats also aren't the nicest when it comes to what they do in the litter box. They like to go to the bathroom right up against the sides of the litter box without so much as even attempting to dig or bury their waste. This means that litter also clumped terribly against the sides of the box.All this being said, I do want to give this litter some justice. If I had filled the box higher, there would most likely have been less of it stuck to the bottom. I also had three cats using it (in addition to our many other litter boxes that are filled with other brands of litter while I test out which is the best), which means the box gets full very fast; if I only had one cat and was cleaning it daily, this likely wouldn't have been nearly as much of a problem. Moreover, this litter did have some tracking, but it was very mild tracking. The litter also did do a good job absorbing all fluids and covering the solids. As such, I feel conflicted on giving a good or bad review. In short, these were the results:Cat Test: 10/10, no cats had any issue with the litterWeight: 8/10, the litter is fairly light; I filled a small container with it for when I travel with my cats as it is one of my lighter littersPerfume scent: 10/10, little to no perfume scentHypoallergenic: 9/10, I am HIGHLY allergic to litter, but this caused little to no allergic responseTracking: 8/10, a mild and bearable amount of tracking that is average for this type of litterCoverage: 10/10, covered all solids, making it easy to scoop them without stickingAbsorption: 10/10, absorbed all liquids, making it easy to scoop themNonstick: 5/10, stick very, very, very much for me, but there is a chance it could have stuck less under different circumstancesSo in short, I am not super upset with this litter, and I will finish using the litter until it runs out. However, I found a different type of clay litter that is a bit more non-stick under the same circumstances, so I will not be buying more of this particular brand.

The absorbency is good, there is no scent which is okay. Light weight well, not as heavy as other brands of cat litter. My only complain is that I sweep and vacuum a lot, after my cat has used his litter box because it is a rather fine litter. I will continue buying this litter because my cat seems to prefer it.
