Product Description

fe

Our carrier coating process flow needs to go through multiple links. First, strict preparation work is carried out on the carrier, and then a specific coating technique is used to evenly cover the material on the carrier.

lf

We have multiple steps including packaging, spinning, laser, stamping, pipe cutting, and bending. Each step has undergone strict control and operation to ensure the quality and performance of the final product.

ef

We adopt advanced welding technology and strictly control temperature, time, and welding strength to ensure welding quality. At the same time, we have our own mold processing center, which can be flexibly adjusted according to customer needs.

rre

Our machine packaging process is operated by machines. Finally, the packaged three-way catalytic converter will be properly stored in the designated area and ready to be delivered to customers at any time.

The casting of the manifold has to be cleaned up to get it to fit.

Doesn't fit well, made an exhaust leak at the head, and the support bolt is a completely different size. It works, but not really worth the hassle to make it fit

Broke in 2 weeks, this thing isn’t really a cat it’s more of a straight pipe, the manifold has no thought into it to equate for heat expansion so it just warps. 02 sensor threads weren’t really threads, just kinda holes, I had to take a grinder to the whole unit itself so that it could kind of fit. Should’ve just burned $90 instead.
