Been fishing all my life, primarily catfish. I'm often using bottom rigs to catch these whiskers so I like to use flat sinkers. These from Sumo are flat out the best I have ever used. The finish on the sinker is nice and smooth which helps to avoid picking up trash from the bottom and without any burs you help avoid nicking your line. The biggest detail here is the plastic insert where your line goes. This means your line never touches the lead of the weight which means you won't have it wear or potentially nick your line.You pay a bit more for these but I don't mind paying just a bit more to get the best you can get and that is exactly what these are, the best flat sinkers on the market.

If you use slide weights, I would highly recommend these. The plastic insert is a line saver. They are very functional and stay in place when used with the correct flow of water current.

Purchased two reels and they are of topnotch quality. Smooth casting and smooth drag. Bought some sinkers as well. Love the inserts in the sinkers to help with line abrasion. Will definitely purchase from again!

If you’re looking for weights that will never catch, here’s your choice. They’re cheap, easy to put on, have a line protector in them, and help catch your next PR catfish. Highly recommend.

The insert basically eliminates any line damage while fishing a sinker on your main line.. A must for fishing live bait in current. Going to be a part of my setup all all river rigs moving forward. High quality!

Works great as it allows your cast to stay in place and not roll along with the current and tangle the lines of other fishermen

I’ve used other sinkers & I just like these way better, mainly because of the line protectors. Makes it very simple to run line through
