Doesn't fit standard toilet well. Not deep enough for cats to want to use it. Not flat enough to use the scoop. Once they are in it your done cause there ridges don't allow you to scoop it out. Nothing but a pain. Says to put on floor first but when they pee it leaks right past the whole seams. Don't buy. I thru it away on day two. What a mess.

I watch videos to find out how others use this product. Tried to get my cats interested in it so far hasn’t worked but still trying.

to begin with delivery is awful, no message and from the state so no way to track.the item itself is awful, the length as a adjustable thing to make it to the right size, but not for the sides, making it moving from side to side as the cat jump making it a moving or unstable ground. that was resolved by putting tape. ( not the best but stable.the center piece second part of the middle doesn't stay, very weak and fall in the bowl each time the cat walk or scratch it tried many times and each time the cat little get in the toilet. the cat get to the point that he refuse to use it and simply cry all the time. again this is a 4 months kitten not a 10 years cat so really they need to rethink or strengthen the middle part, I should request a refund and most likely will and get something more expensive but that really works. cheap isn't always good. after doing the request to return I got a label that I need to pay to ship it to china, wow talk about way to scam people . shame on amazon to allow such scam

It was shallow and my little kitten couldnt use or dig and it doenst stay on the toilet at all. Maybe my seat but it is def not one size fits all.

This product did exactly what it said it would do, to get rid of using kitty litter and to train my cat to use the toilet. I am very happy with this product.
