They are not the right size or shape. Just fractions of a millimeter too big. This makes it extremely difficult to put them in, and nearly impossible to get them out. And you will need to get them out very shortly after installing them because the cheap plastic used in the base cannot withstand the heat and immediately begins to melt and deform. Total waste of money and time.

They are not as bright as others. And they are kind of purple tinted.

Bought these and overall they work great. The colour is more of a tangerine in person but your milage may very. The only problem is that the new T4.2 base didn't fit properly, but the bulbs are correct, so I had to swap the new bulbs into the old T4.2 base's. Wasn't too hard to do that, just have to be patient. Installed on a 2000 Lexus GS300

I replaced cluster bulbs in my 01 Wrangler. A simple thing to do and they work. The dash looks good again. These that I got were a 'warm' light tone which I prefer to the harsh bluish ones you sometimes see. I'm happy.

Edit: the pictures appear to be in the wrong order. It's hard to see, but my first picture shows a fresh bulb. The second picture you can see the white base is misshapen. When this happens, the bulb continues to work until you switch off your lights and the plastic cools, hardens, and draws the contacts away. This happened after one power cycle, lights on for a 20 minute drive.I haven't found a better alternative yet. I don't want to use led's they are too harsh and bright.

If they last 20 years like the stock bulbs did I’ll let y’all know about it.

First of all, they are a pain to put in and I lost about 8 bulbs in the abyss behind the console. What I used as a trick is to put blue tak over the slot so I could temporarily stick my screwdriver onto the bulb while I inserted it from behind into the climate control area of my cluster. The only way on this model is to insert it from behind which is not ideal but eventually if you are patient you will get one in....hopefully. I gave 4 stars and not 5 just because I am still grumpy that this wasn't more straightforward an install by the design work at Toyota.
