This is a hard to find bulb that most auto supply houses want $5 apiece for. That is simply CRAZY!! The Amazon product fit perfectly and was at a reasonable price each. Need a W5W bulb? buy this one, you simply cannot go wrong here!

These are brighter than normal but the wires are too thin. They do not stay in the glass "groove" and it's a pain to wiggle them in. I left my cluster on a power supply and 2 of 5 went dark. Under a magnifying glass, I found that the wires had twisted and no longer made contact. I ended up using 5 for cluster lighting since it does make a difference but for the other lights (oil low, check engine, etc.) I used Sylvania long life (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00BJEZEL6) because I do care if those don't work. The Sylvania bulbs had thicker wire contacts, like twice as thick, and slid right into place with no jiggling required.If there's any way the Chinese can screw something up, they'll find it. Now I'm concerned about the life of these bulbs since they were willing to save fractions of a penny on wire thickness. Time will tell.

Changed the colour to this nice blue from the stock green in my kids 1990 4runner. Once the instrument cluster was off I remembered that this size bulb (larger) fits illumination for the cluster, speed, tach and pressure, heat. Not the “idiot” lights, like check engine, abs etc. they are the tiny little guys. Also the heat control and ashtray light are also the little bulbs, just fyi.
