Easy to install and does not cut down on water pressure. the swivel is firm and stays in place. IMPORTANT DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN when attaching it to the faucet. if you do it will leak. A snug fit with the supplied wrench is all you need,

This faucet attachment is amazing! I cant go back to the hard to remove faucet filters, to clean the mesh & washer. This has an adjustable neck, it rotates, sprays & streams, & has small replaceable filters & the faucet can be raised out of the way, to wash big pots. Very reasonably priced, & looks nice.

This sink sprayer and faucet hose works great. Installation is pretty straight forward and does not require any special plumbing knowledge or tools. The installation guide with pictures is written with clear and easy to understand instructions. Most importantly, it doesn't leak.However, I missed where this unit already comes with a needed adapter to fit my faucet (the product comes with three adapters to fit your faucet depending on the faucet's size). So, I contacted their customer support by email which is clearly labeled in the guide. The guide says they will send you a free adapter if your faucet takes a special size. I think their customer service is in China or somewhere in Asia where they're a day ahead of EST time zone. They responded the next day with clear to understand and helpful instructions. They pointed out to try one of the adapters that I thought I had already tried (I hadn't). It worked, of course! Had I tried it the first time, I would say the installation would only take you about five to maybe ten minutes at the most.My only knock on the sprayer is the hose is too long. It's clearly advertised as 4.9 feet. I guess I really didn't pay attention to that detail when I ordered it. The issue is that there's a lot of slack hose that you have to hang up somehow. Otherwise the slack hose will end up laying in the bottom of your sink. You would have to mount the sprayer head wall-holder attachment super high up, or farther away from the sink, to take up the slack. You can wrap the slack hose around the holder a few times like I do. However, I think I will need to install some sort of a second wall holder or hook to hang up the slack.

Works as intended and does what it says. 3 stars because there are a few key changes that i wish they would have considered. 1. its ergonomically awkward to hold. there should be something to grip like a silicone jacket instead of the smooth chrome finish that if your hands are wet is very easy to slip off. 2. i wish the slinky line would be a little bit longer. 3. i wish the temporary off button was able to be lock down, so you didnt have to hold the button down to keep it off, that way you can make use of both hands. 4. the nature of how it works means that if the diverter isnt set back to the faucet mode and not the sprayer before turning the faucet off, you could forget what mode it is on. if its still accidentally on sprayer then water will spray all over your wall and counter. 5. i really wish this worked like a regular kitchen side sprayer, turning on and switching from faucet automatically when you pressed a trigger. instead, you have to flip the diverter switch to turn it on. the large black button is a toggle between spray modes, and the small button is the temporary off button. decent product but could be 60% better and perfect if these changes were made.

I have an extremely small sink which makes washing larger dishes like pots and pans frustrating. This product helps a ton! It was easy to install, and works as advertised. My only small complaint is that the hose is a bit long (but I knew that when I bought it). Seller contacted me when I ordered to ensure that I would get the proper adapter for my faucet in case one of the three included did not fit, though I did not need an additional one.

So practical and functional, we love this stainless steel tap extension. Works great for dishes, and doubles as a drinking fountain. Great gadget for little money. Elevates the sink and thrills everyone who encounters ours.
