good to have around the house, especially a kid's bookshelf. View everything in 3D. You see amazing detail - spiders, rocks, circuit boards, flowers...Unlike a full 400x magnification biological microscope, which takes a lot of setup and sample prep work, you just put the object on the plate. Also very easy to focus.

This is a good stereo microscope for hobby use. Good magnification. Easy to use. I bought to use camping and at site with no electricity so perfect for that purpose. Got a used one for fantastic price. Missing the specimens but the scope was all there and in new condition. I’m a scientist so did not expect a lab grade scope. Very happy with this microscope.

Figuring that Jewelers/Lapidarists use a 10x loupe for their work: The S10-60 is perfect for meet-point faceting, identification, flaws or just looking for tiny bugs in Amber.Highly recommended...

Good scope is you want a compact unit that wont take too much space, there is even enough clearance to solder using this scope, you will need a light source, ring light are available specifically for microscopes, note its not a zoom scope you get 2 magnifications 10x and 30x

Me agrado mucho su diseño, aunque viene un poco descalibrado de tal forma que no se puede enfocar claramente. Para un niño que empieza a descubrir la naturaleza, está bien.

You can feel you have bought a cheap mcsp very low quality of plastic and the lens were very delicate and keep falling from fittings
