It is just typical, dismal Chinese electronic junk. It turns on but the instructions are so poorly written and there is zero support. I looked over everything and my tech person looked it over. She commented on how poor the instructions are. All the "Five star" ratings are eerily similar to Ai-generated language. I did like the feel of some of the components. One part felt solid and lit up in a hopeful manner.Don't be taken like I was. If you don't have reception, this isn't going to work magic without a degree in electrical engineering.

All the cables, hardware, packaging are of high quality. This cell phone booster was easy to install. The most satisfying part was that tech support when needed answered my questions. Now we have full bars 5G almost through the entire 2000 sq ft of living space. It's a greatd unit, and it worked very well for us, and I see a lot of value for the money.

The unit is compact and good looking it did boost the signal but not as good as expected although we have not dropped a call in two weeks . I would not say that it would cover the area as described but still works

Like any cable installation, it does take a little time. However, does this product work? I can only say there is no appreciable improvement of my cell reception.

Product was installed and all parts were installed according to instructions. Downloaded the app for tower location no problem then the app for signal strength. We live in a stone house with a steel roof. The signal booster did not raise enough to warrant the purchase. All the components are of quality material and install was easy. I had to return for refund as it did not meet our needs. I gave it a 5 as it is not the fault of the product that the boost did not work for us.

We set this up and didn’t get any better service. Not sure if it was the booster or if we didn’t set it up right but the instructions are not for someone that doesn’t understand cell frequency and bandwidth. I emailed the customer service line but no one responded.
