The rock stop slides when in use and the gold center snapped off after less than a month of use.

I have hardwood floors, and this stop pad just slides right across the floor. If this was on carpet it would be fine, but if it was on carpet, you probably wouldn't need it anyway. I might try and add some stray on rubber grip, but as it is currently, it's pretty useless. Also, I don't wax the floors or anything, so it's not particularly slippery to begin with.
