I purchased this modem October 28, 2020 to replace a c1100z modem for my fiber connection at the suggestion of centurylink. The modem arrived and was easy enough to get connected and worked well until yesterday when it stopped connecting. after 4 hours on the phone with century link they determined the modem was not functional. I have attempted to contact the seller since Century link will not honor the one year warranty but directed me to discuss this with the seller. Unfortunately the sellers contact number is a cell phone that is not answered. I would suggest if you need a modem and want the security of a one year warranty get it from your service provider.

Ordered a modem/router. Upon receiving the order, BeKind sent a note to verify that I was getting the right modem for my particular ISP provider and cable type. Very helpful to double check with me rather than getting an incompatible product. Modem came, was in the condition advertised, and works great!

At a fraction of the price vs direct from Centurylink/Brighspeed this was a deal! Works great, super easy to install, can't complain!

This works fine, but it is huge! I expected it to be about 6 inches tall but it is about a foot tall with a width of a 3 liter soda bottle.

Seller was very easy to communicate with. The product is for a fiber connection. Seller reached out to me to ensure I was ordering for a fiber connection, as this modem will not work with DSL. I was switching from DSL to fiber, but was happy to see the seller went the extra mile to ensure I was getting what I needed. When the fiber was installed by Quantum, they provided me with a "Smartnet" device that provided an ethernet port rather than the fiber connection this device was designed to work best with. The Smartnet device and the modem both had the same IP address applied to them so they conflicted and my access to the Internet was impacted. Seller was responsive and processed the return once I informed him the issue I had.

Had problems with the old modem/router. It finally quit on me. Had to get a new router. I had been looking at this Mesh setup and decided to go for it. The price was right and it was delivered quickly. Also, once installed, had whole house coverage which was better than the old wireless setup.Recommend.

Modem showed up, no power cord, instructions, or cables of any kind. Returned, will shop somewhere else.
