I didn’t want anything plastic, so opted for these and they turned out very nice. The diameter is great and most glass rims fit unless you have very huge margarita glasses. The lids will hold lime juice for you to dip the rim in before salting/sugaring. Color is more of a light ivory and the finish isn’t quite matte, but not truly satin either. Really happy with this purchase.

This salt keeper is too small for the very large glasses I bought. But is great for regular glasses.

I really liked the material and overall look of it but it worries me that the lid doesn't fit properly so it might break if not handle carefully.

These look nice, and they are a great idea. I put sugar in one and salt in the other. After just a few days, both had attracted enough moisture to make a soupy mess of the contents. They were kept inside an air conditioned house, and the same sugar left in the open on a plate stayed dry for days. I’m not sure how, but these dishes seem to attract or transfer moisture and ruin the contents.

Nothing like a home salt well to make life a little bougier, This one has nice heft and color. One thing that could be better is the lid-lifting knob. It's just about 1/4" tall, and while it's chamfered with a bit of a lip, it's not tall enough to get a solid grip if you're a fat-fingered lout like me. Could be a problem if you've been slicing garnishes and fingers are still wet. More an annoyance then deal breaker. As summer approaches here in the Southwest, I look forward to frosty beer mugs, dusted with salt. Yum!

I think this looks so chic and lovely on our bar. However, the seal is really snug and my husband didn’t let the sugar dry out after using it. So it all turned into a melt mess. Just make sure you leave the lid off to dry out your salt/sugar before storing.
