I’m not really a power lifter, but these helped me increase my squat while making my knees feel secured. They take a little getting used too. It’ll feel like your legs are going numb. It helped my squat go from less than 315 to over 450 in under 4 months.

These are super stiff initially, but after a few weeks of use and a couple washings they are perfect. I wear them at around 85% to max and they do a fantastic job providing and maintaining the explosiveness necessary to drive from the bottom of a lift. Not for casuals though :)
