I am a big boy and, sadly, most cyclists are not. :) Not uncommon to see something listed as 3xl and then the chart says it is for a 42" chest. Anyway, the fit matches the size chart. It is well constructed and warm. Slightly long back helps keep wind off your plumbers crack. :)

The vest itself seems like great quality. I typically wear men's large for cycling clothes and the large vest fit perfectly- snug enough it wouldn't flap in the wind, but not compression garment tight. As other reviewers have noted, it's a thick warm vest that probably would not fit in a jersey pocket.Returned due to color issues. Ordered the green and white stripes, and the vendor picture shows a nice bright kelly green. The actual product has a drab brownish olive.

Third piece I’ve purchased of this brand and haven’t been disappointed yet. Fit was good (just a touch long but totally not an issue)Zipper seems to be good quality and fleece lining was just right. Along with a light thermal jersey and base layer, this vest did well in40 to 45*F

The vest is warm and functional, but the zipper is very poor quality. It takes several tries to get the bottom clasp engaged. The force needed to engage the bottom clasp will wear out the male zipper prematurely.
