I spent 4 hours trying to get to the admin page.I had to set the tcpip/4 on my ethernet adapter to 192.168.2.2 The instructions said to set it to 192.168.2.1Once I got in, I set it to server and the rs485 baud rate im using.i just need it to get into a rs485 admin page to set up a controller. i guess we will see if that works.it also says something about downloading VCOM software. i did that also. That has to do with 2 way communications. not sure if i need that yet.

The product might be great, I don't know. What I do know is the seller resells returns without even looking at it let alone testing. I received the item with a piece of painters tape with the words "Not Working" written right on the converter. I needed this for work and I was pi$$ed. If it was defective that's one thing but to be known as not working and too lazy to check is not forgivable. Avoid this seller

Unit stopped being able to connect to settings web page after a month.I was unable to ever get working. I spent way too much time trying to figure out.I don't recommend
