Great product! I had the serving trays going for about 4hrs. I did notice some burnt marks from the burners on top in the water trays. I also noticed some rust after washing but only air drying. I feel if you dry them with towels no rust would develop. They serve their purpose. I did get a lot of extra screws and bolts not sure why.

Got this for my girlfriend as she loves to throw dinner parties. We used this for a recent holiday party with friends and family and it worked out great. The dividers are nice and preferred in my opinion over the ones with no dividers, food is kept nice and tidy and warm. And the set looks very lavish and expensive in person and not tacky which is great. Overall it was a hit and lot of our friends were asking us where we got it from as they wanted their own set! Would recommend, no real complaints, except that it is heavy, but that means its quality right? :D

Good Quality chafing dish with 3 pans. We used this at my daughter's birthday to keep the food warm. The chafing dish looks great and the 3 compartments are a good size and hold plenty of food. The sterno kept the food warm throughout the party and cleanup was easy and fast.

This is not what I would call elegant or high end, but it is a very nice basic chafing dish. It is a great addition to your backyard cookouts or for indoor or outdoor parties. I used it at Christmas when we had an open house party for friends, family, and neighbors to drop by at their leisure. It kept the food hot and ready to serve as everyone dropped by to visit and spend a little time together. This stainless steel chafing dish comes with 3 “ready pans†as we called them in the restaurant business, sterno holders, water bath and lid, all made from high quality stainless steel. If you like to entertain, you need this dish. It also works great for summertime entertaining by simply adding ice to the water bath to keep food cool. I think you will be pleased with the quality of this setup and everything you get for the price. The 3 serving pans fit in the dishwasher for easy cleanup.

Hard to review something like this but here goes. Excellent chafing dish. Came with all necessary hardware and sterno cans fit perfectly and heated the food up nicely. Dampers worked as well incase you don't want it full flame and want it just for warming. Wills start investing in a few more of these as we were quite impressed!

Some assembly required!Product quality is fair to okay, that is why you get 4 for so little money. The build quality is about the same.The lid holder on the back is a complete joke and doesn't really work like one would expect.Overall I'd give them 1 star, but because of the price point I did a 3... Now to decide if I want to return them or just stick with them.Oh.. and they came packaged well.
