Our chairs were designed for laboratory, healthcare, and clean room environments but also suitable for school, home, office or an industrial setting. With a large 17.5" square seat, comfort molded foam, and robust 25" base, the chair offers comfort, stability and support for extended periods of usage. The adjustable height back can accommodate a variety of positions to help support or brace correct seat posture. We offer different models with 5", 8" and 10" of seat height travel suitable for a variety of body types and working environments. All of our chairs meets or exceeds ANSI/BIFMA furniture standards, Clean-room class 10,000 and CAL117 fire standards. Tested for 450 lbs of seating capacity. Please Note: Caution for use by individuals over 350 pounds should note that the seat may compress an additional 1"-2". Warning if casters are used, the chairs can roll away when being boarded, causing harm to the individual.

Used this for my desk at my office nook. It's comfortable for a task chair, don't expect it to be like a reclining easy chair but it's good for sitting on for a few hours. You can adjust the seat height via a leaver connected to a gas cylinder and the height of the backrest as well via knob. The casters (wheels) roll very easy, perhaps too easily but it's supposed to anyways. The black vinyl upholstery seems to be very durable, yet soft and smooth, most importantly easy to clean. The overall style is industrial/institutional but doesn't look out of place in my work area which is an eclectic combination of Victorian/Mid-century where the main colors are white, black and brown wood. What's even better that it states it's made in the USA, not sure if all the parts are of American origin but it's rare to see that on furniture nowadays.Overall it's worth the money.

I wanted a task chair without arms, or with arms that I could adjust, and I thought this was just the ticket. It said it was comfortable for up to 400 pounds (if I'm remembering the description correctly), and I weigh nowhere near that much, although too much for chairs that stop at 250 lbs.The chair turned out to be very uncomfortable to sit "on," and felt unsafe even to sit in quietly. Very slippery and slidey.I was about to return it when my brother, who was helping me pack it back up, said he needed a new office chair and he'd buy it from me, so of course I accepted that offer.I haven't asked him if it's comfortable because I don't want to know if he got a bad deal from his sister.But it was an excellent, well-built chair otherwise.

It works well and is comfortable. I think I'll replace the casters with stationary feet as it tends to roll out from under me when I try to sit at a height that is good for my workbench.

Great chair/stool. Easy assembly. Very sturdy, and looks great. I use this for playing guitar at home and need an armless swivel chair, stool height but need back support. This fits the bill perfectly.
