It is a good ladder for our 48" above ground pool. I screwed it onto our deck. The package was missing 4 screws but I had enough washers. So our ladder only has half the screws on the deck right now. My kids and I easily climbs in and out of the pool. While it was a little nerve wrecking when we watch my 240lb brother climb in and out of it. It looks sturdy but he said it was wobbly. We told him to use caution (just in case).

I recalled like the size of the stairs, they don’t take up much room in the pool. It is super easy to put together and install (love that no sand or anything required to hold it down). Love the feet on the bottom!Only con, not too sturdy, but good for us.

The ladder looks great but once you grab those handles to use it they feel like they're gonna fall right down! The side to side movement is terrible! Should've spent more money for something more sturdy 🫤

We went with a plastic ladder because we didn’t want to have to ground a metal one for our new above ground pool. I have seen lots of outdoor items made of plastic that still managed to be sturdy, but this is definitely not one of them. The handles wobble when you are holding onto them getting into the pool and it’s terrible!I regret buying this ladder and wish we had gone with something else. It was easy to assemble and easy to install, but is the flimsiest plastic I’ve ever seen.Don’t buy this if you are looking for something sturdy!

This ladder is just fine. Easy to modify in height, Solid smooth material that doesn't Float and lasted a Long Time. I bought my home 15 years ago and it came with a 27' round pool with the original ladder and I know the ladder was as old as the pool, so im guessing at least 20 years maybe more. It broke last year, so that's at least 19 years old give or take? So about $5/year? I can live with that. Now needing a new ladder i seen all models on Amazonia and read many reviews and when i read that some float and need to be weighted down? Nope not for me. Then i read many ppl said that this model was flimsy, What? how hard is it to get out of 48" of water? This ladder is just fine and the steps are sturdy, If your a gorilla and hang on the ladder Yes you can wiggle the hand rails a bit, but in 15 years I never noticed that until i read it and I really think that is so nit picky, PPL complain about nothing, as it works just perfectly and lasts sooooo long I BOUGHT IT AGAIN! I am in the Chicagoland area and the ladder is used for mayber only 3 months then put up in the shed.

The holes do not line up to bolt the ladder together. Plastic is poor quality. Even bolted into the pool deck, ladder moves and feels unsafe.

It seems a bit wobbly but once weight is on it it’s plenty sturdy. Just feels like it’s not but is. If that makes sense

Ladder it self is great. Tip rails are flimsy but for the price it's going to do the job just fine.

We purchased this ladder after we installed a new platform for our above ground pool. After fighting with the pieces for over 1/2hr, we realized that the excessive plastic residue inside the handles made it impossible to put the pieces together. Sending it back.Update: despite the manufacturing defects on this product, we have been advised that we are responsible for return shipping costs. Buyer beware!!

This pool is 50 years old and still worthy of this ladder
