Order was incomplete, delivered late, a base was missing, though the company sent missing part eventually. Springs are too soft and corner flags tip over easily with minimal wind. Also, bases tip over, as they are too light. You get what you pay for, don't waste your money.

They can't stay up! Seriously, the springs are too soft and the flags just bend with any wind. The bases are too light so the flags just tip over. Would never buy again.
