Seems well made. Arrived quickly. Used this switch to wire a old furnace blower into a shop fan. The furnace blower has 4 speeds: low, med low, med hi, and high. Has been installed for several weeks now and it works great!

This is the second switch like this that I've tried.The first one had some weird delay in it. When you selected two of the five settings, it would take about 1 to 1.5 seconds to make it's connection. That was the first one.This switch seems responsive and well built so I'm hopeful that this project for which it was purchased is now complete.ThanksAU//(~_~)

Switch is sturdy and well built, with good screws to hold down the wires. Nice snap as it switches to another setting. It does not come with wiring instructions, but they're easy enough to figure out with a multimeter.

I have a large Christmas display. This is being used as yet another interactive prop on the display. People can choose one of four laser projections to be displayed on a 120 inch screen. The instructions on the various items like this helped me with wiring. I originally gave this a 5 star review because I loved the concept, but within a week of putting it into use the screw on the internal part of the switch that connects the shaft ( and the dial) cam undone, making the item useless. I tried to carefully take it apart to reattach the screw to no avail. I ordered a replacement and it too only lasted a few days two days actually - and it then also had the same problem. I am waiting for the seller to get back to me about the first one I bought - ordered it in July, assembled the prop in August and put it into use on Black Friday - ie, Nov 29th. It broke within a short period of time. do not recommend this for any use based on my circumstances
