It's made of a very plastic feeling microfiber but it gets the job done. Fits my standard mattress changing table. I wish it was made of cotton

I love that these are soft cotton fabric for babies with sensitivities, fits the regular plastic pad a bit too snug so it only lays flat on diaper changing pad when baby has body weight on it. Still worth it for sure!

Great deal for the price, there are four covers inside so they can be changed frequently. Nice waterproof material that fits well.
