unit was dripping after use. I tightened the two valves with channel locks until dripping stopped and I was able to use the spray properly. I also put lubricant on the push down mechanism so it worked more smoothly. Based on the low price this looks good, but needed so tweaking to work. Let' s see how it goes moving forward

Nothing wrong with anything here. Durable and heavy-duty. I do wish the nozzle had better ways to make it mist or stream. But other than that, it is a great product for it's price. Thank you!Update: This thing exploded on me multiple times today. It wasn't because of over-pumping because you can't do that if it's not broken. I must have tightened it too much and it destroyed the device. I heard a simple click and I had to retighten it. It's kind of like one of those bottles that don't have a lot of threads. After that click, the thing blew up every time I tried to get back to spraying. I got lucky. Each time it exploded it was at arms reach. Except for the last one. That one exploded while I was trying to get the lid on perfectly and started pumping a couple of times to see if it was tight enough. It then exploded and broke apart some of the components. I have no idea how this broke. It's a simple system. But I'll tell you, this was dangerous. You want to be able to use this without being afraid you will have something that explodes on you. I couldn't even finish spraying my garden. There was too much of a danger and it wouldn't even spray it long enough to hit one plant. This thing has only lasted a little while this season. I've literally used it only three days out of the entire season.

Great price, pump sprayer went from the delivery drivers hands, to the body shop.Had an issue with the tank not building pressure. I had to sand the top lip smooth so it would seal and not leak. 400 sandpaper and it fixed the leak smoothing out the seam and making the rim true fixed.. back to work.

An all-round nice spray bottle. Nozzle is adjustable, it’s easy to use, and holds plenty of water. I use them for my reptile enclosures and they work well! The only possible complaint is the fact that the nozzle is plastic, and may not be the best quality/will wear down with time. I also recommend you thoroughly rinse it out before using around animals or plants, has a very plasticy smell when first purchased.

The Chapin 10031 Garden Pump Sprayer is a handy and versatile tool for gardening and cleaning. Its portable design includes a locking trigger and an adjustable brass nozzle for added precision. With a 2-liter translucent tank, it is ideal for applying liquids with ease and control, however I give it 3 stars because it leaves a mess and after use it is dripping.

I purchased this because every now and then there is a need for something to be sprayed without having to unfurl a garden hose with a special nozzle or use a large electrically pressurized unit used to clean my vinyl siding. This item seemed to fit the bill.It arrived quickly (Amazon Prime) but was without any manufacturers wrapping/carton or instructions. It did come in an Amazon carton with a "bunch" of crunched-up brown paper supposedly to protect the item during shipping. A joke.The bottom line: The unit did not retain pressure as every time I pumped it, the spray began. I checked what I figured might be the problem but was unable to resolve it.That was the disappointing bad news. The good news: Amazon promptly refunded my money and did not require me to return it.It is a shame this occurred in that I really was impressed with the size and simplicity of the unit.Oh well.

This sprayer worked perfectly for rinsing my bike while cleaning it. I appreciated the 2 liter volume vs smaller sprayers. The plastic container seemed really sturdy, the other components seem to be decent quality. Has a fine mist and a more directed spray mode, wish it had more something like a household cleaner sprayer where you can go from really fine stream to a wide range of mist. Overall really happy with the purchase. If I was to change one thing I would remove the auto locking spray button, I would rather just press down all the time and release to stop.

Not sealing properly to hold pressure from pumping. Spray last about 5 seconds then you have to re pump for another few seconds of spray. This is only the 2nd time we used it. 1st time worked ok and then stopped working properly.I do not recommend this sprayer

Works very nicely, better then the dollar store ones and great for paddle board cleaning at the beach when you don’t have water access to rinse/clean your board. How ever, i wish pressure could be improved for that matter

For years I've been using the old style spray bottles. They work fine but I'm getting holder and my hands are not what they once were so that constant squeezing starts to catch up to me after a while. I decided to finally grab one of these pump acting sprayers and I'm glad I did. What a difference. The pump action helps mix up the solution as well as builds up the pressure. The spray is constant and the adjustable nozzle works well. I've enjoyed it this season.

I used this for PPF (Paint protection film) application but found the pressure wasn’t enough. I broke my old one and decided to try this brand out. It holds up well but I think for my profession I need something with a water line and more pressure. Overall it was okay just not for me.
