The grill was delivered on time. I opted to have Amazon put it together for me for free. It took them about 90 minutes. The grill was put together well and we verified that it worked before they left. They took all the garbage with them. They also took away my old grill. Excellent service.As for the grill, it’s much hotter than the char-broil I just replaced it with. It put some serious grill marks on my chicken. The chicken came out great. Veggies cooked super fast. Some people complained that there is lots of smoke, and there is. But nothing I can’t work with. Depends on the food, oil and temperature.All in all, a very nice grill.

The lid of the grill had a huge dent when I received it. I called Char-Broil and they said they did not warranty dents. So I'm stuck with a dented $600+ grill. Bad customer service. Would not buy from Char-Broil again!

This grill exceeded my expectations. I love this grill!! Cooks evenly across the entire surface. I love all the different features - Griddle - Can make the grill a gas or charcoal, or even a smoker. I have a lot of parties and this grill has worked out perfectly for them. Plus I received free delivery and setup which saved me. I would highly recommend this grill

Let me start with the only negative, it's not the easiest thing to put together. Everything fits perfect, the only issue is you continually have to blind thread screws that aren't magnetic into some pretty tough spots. That's it thats the negative. The amplifire burner system gets to 500 plus degrees in minutes, the included charcoal trays are fantastic and the griddle is more than useful. I had my previous 4 burner Charbroil for over 10 years and I fully expect to enjoy this one even more for the next 10!!
