Pretty nice board for the price - the lid stays on well and the handles feel pretty secure. I did feel I needed to be careful with them when washing though. It wipes clean easily with a sponge and I make sure to hand dry it immediately after washing since I don't think it could handle staying wet without eventually damaging the wood. Great for parties! I was disappointed that the smooth side came with a big gouge in it, not sure if it was someone else's return (the plastic bag it came in was open on one end). I needed it for an event though so couldn't return/exchange in time.

Overall it’s good but the locking mechanism on the cover is unnecessarily cumbersome (and since it’s plastic might break if not gentle). The board doesn’t feel like real wood. Would have liked a taller lid and even a bigger board.
