I bought a set of 30 compasses and protractors. The protractors are very high quality. I teach in a public school and like the metal compasses better than the plastic ones. After using the compasses for a week with 100 students, five of them are no longer functional. One "fell" completely apart (no doubt helped along by a student) and four others became too loose. Overall, the compasses worked very well. At this price, I will reorder a supply every year.

Phe point is not sturdy enough, pencil that is included does not fit tight enough, it slides while in use. I contacted Amazon, got a refund. I got what I paid for. Looking for a better compas.

The moveable arm was off several of the protractors. Looking at them, I figured out how to put them back on but they continually fall off. This is with just having them in little pencil cases in my classroom before the students have ever even touched them. I should have simply gone with much less expensive clear plastic protractors.
