Have you ever tried to make a sheet pan meal, only to find the chicken needs to cook more and the vegetables are done? Hate using aluminum foil or having to move your leftovers from one container to another and put it into the fridge? If you have these issues, then you have found your new kitchen favorite! These fit individually onto the sheet pan and allow you to cook each item together and seamlessly remove items that might cook faster than others. They are using to use, can within stand a reasonable level of heat and I found the quality was on par with the glass dishes frequently used for a similar functions.

You can roast vegetables on a cookie sheet, then have to hand wash the cookie sheet... or you can use these, pop the lids (sold separately) to store leftovers, then put on top drawer of dishwasher to clean.

I like using these silicone trays but they are pretty expensive. Also, they do start to degrade after awhile, even when the temperature is within the safe range for the product. Also, a strange thing happens after you use it for awhile, even after you thoroughly wash it so it's not greasy, it seems to leech/sweat grease afterwards, so when you reach for it the next time, it's greasy! Strange. Not a deal breaker, but it is annoying.

I was a little skeptical when I ordered but figured I'd give them a shot. Was a little too cold and windy tonight to grill, so - great time to give them a shot. Put chicken thighs in one of the long ones, red potatoes in the other long one, and asparagus in the short ones. Gave the thighs and potatoes about a 45 minute head start on the asparagus. Worked GREAT. Was able to do everything on one pan and didn't have to worry about co mingling (I put a spicy chili crisp oil on the asparagus that my husband doesn't care for and this way it was kept completely separate.). Cleaned up much easier than a baking pan alone would. Should have taken a photo but was too eager to try everything. If I had to say there was a downside (and I'm hard pressed to say that) was unlike putting things like Chicken that are going to render out some of the fat on a grill or a raised rack on a pan, the chicken (for example) is going to be sitting in a layer of the grease while its cooking. BUT, its a much smaller area than the entire pan, and the dogs were thrilled to have a little of it poured over their food- so bonus for them.Totally recommend.

I bought these for oven baking to replace the amount of foil I use (which even though I always buy 100% recycled foil, it's still more than I'd like). And they work great. So far I've only made fish, but they're easy to clean, the fish comes out crispy (and easily)! They're non-stick better than any foil I've used, so I'm confident any veggie roasting will go well. Keeps my broiler pan clean!! Great buy if you use your oven, save $ & save the foil for camping :)

We always have different meals to cook and/or warm up. These are a great help and you can store the leftovers in the same container! Win Win!

I really wanted to like these. They have a modern aesthetic to them that coordinated with my rectangular and square stoneware dishes. Because they're silicone, I thought we might use it when we host meals with younger children in attendance as they can be microwaved more safely than polypropylene plastic plates and are far less breakable. The biggest flaw I found was when I looked on the underside. The sides of these trays are hollow. See photo. These gaps will trap water (mold?) and grease and food if we use them in any wet application and will be difficult to clean and dry completely.Second, they are flimsy. Had they been more solid and stiff, it would have made up for the fact that they feel and somewhat resemble gaskets used in appliances like the seal of a front load washing machine or some type of automotive parts. I think I have seen trays like this used for holding tools. It can work for dry applications such as desk or drawer organizers, but then they'll need to offer more colors to look a bit less industrial.I hope the product will be made better in the future. For now, I will sadly have to return them despite the nice modern angles.

I really like my Ninja Combi but I usually only cook smaller meals for two. These pans work very well for my needs and makes cleanup easier. I didn’t buy the lids but now I’m considering it since I’m finding more uses for these pans each day.
