The Cheerble E1+ is a rebranded version of the Elfin Fountain E1+. These filters work and fit exactly the same in either unit. That said, I clean the fountain once a week, and it's such a well-designed fountain I literally take it apart and put all the pieces int he dishwasher, and only hand wash the water tank itself. If you're that good about cleaning and you're running all the parts through the dishwasher so they get thoroughly cleaned and all nooks and crannies get biofilm washed away, I'm not really convinced you even need to use a filter in these units as long as you're washing them like this once each week.They defnitely DO fit the Elfin fountain though, and so ordering the Cheerble versions on Amazon means you don't need to order the Elfin filters that come from China.

Very happy with my purchase!! I switched from another name brand with the stainless steel bowls which became impossible to clean with hard water. I love the motion feature, my last one ran all the time this one only runs when something gets in front of it. My cats like it better, it doesn’t splash it VERY quiet and the filter feature works as well, the orange light appears when it’s ready to change. Super easy to clean the unit comes completely apart and easier to fill with water! Love it!!!
