My expectations were actually low considering the cost. But I have found them to be better in quality and function than some higher priced ones I have used from name brands

Not a bad cheese slicer kit.Shipping took longer than expected.Only issue with the quality is trying to insert the cutting wire that has a small coil on each end into the handle assembly.

I got this to use for a cheese cutting board as a gift for a friend. This cutter was easy to assemble and works great.

It took 4 separate deliveries to get all 10 pcs of this order, 1of the kits was missing parts and unusable. I order these regularly for projects. This was the worst experience I have had with any order.

Spend the extra money on the nicer ones it will be worth it . Yes it doesn’t have directions, but that’s not the problem. The wire connection is a really poor design. But it’s was worth trying.

If treated properly it should last a long time. I use it for cutting 2 and 3lb. cheese logs into about 1" sections for grating. I then vacuum seal them for later. should work great for soft cheeses like brie and fresh moz.Hope this helps
