I used the oil based coloring in the modeling chocolate for my son’s birthday cake details. I used Ghirardelli chocolate, and the white coloring combined beautifully with it. I used the white to get away from the slight yellow color white chocolate tends to have. I also used it to get the correct shade of each color I was looking for. It was very easy to work with, and I highly recommend it!

i never make reviews so this is how you know im really upset, if i could put 0 stars i would... i used this to make chocolate strawberries and cake pops, so glad i did a test run with this. me and my husband took one bite and immediately spit it out, tasted & smelled exactly like a crayon. couldn’t even taste the chocolate that i used. i compared with Color Mill and knew it wasn’t the chocolate that was the problem. besides the fact that this tastes disgusting, i used half the bottle and only got a “pinkish redâ€â€¦ i guess you get what you pay for. absolutely disgusting.

I bought two different colors and for some reason the black one kinda floated and didn’t mix into my melted sugar mix. Left streaks and was hard to clean off my pots and utensils.

I used this product to colour candy melts and it worked well to do so. One thing I would note is that if you’re looking to get a true purple this colour is slightly more pinkish.

It takes less quantity of product and to achieve a darker color. A tiny drop to change a full bucket of waffle mixt. Valentine’s Day was like a fairy tale and I surprised all my guests. One thing tho, if you put too much, the full color will be darker, instead of red, will reach more a burgundy
