I used to use a gadget like this as part of my workouts back in the 90s. When I saw this was available as an Amazon Vine product at such a low price point / taxable value I figured that using it would be a great way to add some variety current attempt to maintain my News Year's fitness resolutions. And well, I can still perform all the exercises I was doing 30 years ago -- it's just that I struggle to complete half as many sets of fewer reps with half the resistance as I was doing back when I was young and broke. So this does work for what I wanted, some additionally variety to me strength workouts and a bunch of added motivation to keep training.On the downside, weak as I am, I did manage to slightly bend one of the attachment clips in my first workout. This was easily bent back with a pair of pliers, but it's still concerning.
