This is exactly what I wanted. I already have a deep freezer, but occassionally i need to store a few extras, like bags of ice for a birthday party, while other times i only need the fridge for keeping a few extra things cold that wouldn't fit in the frige. I haven't had any issues and it's been working as expected for months now.

I am really happy with this purchase. Its got more power that I was expecting and freezes very fast. It is also super quiet. It arrived with a ding on the top door but luckily, it doesn't affect the seal. If you want a great and affordable freezer and don't care about a few shipping related dings, buy this!

PROS: I upgraded from a square 3.5cu freezer to this lower & wider 5cu. It's more compact then the one it's replacing by almost 3 inches, front-to-back, & 2 baskets instead of one makes organizing things like veggie bags a lot easier. If you have limited space but want more freezer, this is the one for smaller homes, like mine. Love the black color. It's easier to reach the bottom since it's lower in height, has wheels so I can move it & clean behind it (fur balls gather there ... I have 2 cats!). I didn't rate efficiency or temp control because it's only been plugged in & full for 2 days now. It hits all of the other things I was looking for. >>>CON

My bf and I were looking for a deep freezer to store our meats since we have a small fridge in out apartment. We initially though of getting the 3.5 but after some research we notice that size was not with paying almost what we payed going to the 5.0.When we received this feeezer it was everything I neeeed and more ! The packaging came super secure, nothing was damaged. I couldn’t believe how light this was ! I though I was going to have to wait til my bf got home to install but nope ! It has little wheels I just rolled over to the area designated ! It started to get cold immediately after I plugged it in and in about 2-3 hours my stuff was almost frozen !The quality is preety good, very sleek and durable. The space inside is AMAZING, we have bought so much to fill it up and just forget about grocery shopping for a little while. And it STILL has so much space left !

Product arrived by Fed-Ex in great condition. I was nervous after seeing all of the reviews commenting the item was dented and damaged. O dents or dings. It’s been on for about 2 hours and already feels cold. Came with two trays! Digital temp setting a plus. This item is in my laundry room and is super quiet. With the laundry room door closed, I cannot hear it at all. Even with the door open, the operating noise is a low hum. I am genuinely pleased with the product and this purchase. I’m glad I made the purchase!!
