It worked perfectly to relearn the tires on my car after rotating the back tires to the front. The process was very simple and took no more than 5 minutes. The device does however require a 9 volt battery

I haven't needed to use this yet but it seems to work. It takes a single 9v battery and from everything I've looked into it is supposed to function properly with my 2015 Chevy Sonic. I got this because the local tire shops don't seem to know how to reprogram the tires position with the exception of Les Schwab. I won't always need to take it to a tire shop for rotations since I am a mechanic and do all my own repairs so I decided to get this. The price is great which makes me a bit skeptical of it working or not but it's does come on and research says it should do the job.

I needed to reprogram a set of TPMS sensors on a 2011 Tahoe. I was unable to accomplish this with my Snapon Solus Pro scanner as the sensors require a lear device like this.I figured for $10.00 at the time of the review, even if it did not work, I wasn't out much. It arrived quickly. I installed a 9v battery, put the truck into learn mode and quickly found out that I had one bad TPMS sensor that would not acknowledge with this. Ordered a new sensor, went through the programming sequence again and was all set to go in under 5 minutes. This worked great for GM 315mhz sensors. It showed my vehicle was compatible so I went with that. I do not see that it says 315 or 413mhs anywhere in the literature. So make sure your vehicle is listed.

I got this hoping it would work on my Toyota Camry. YES, I KNOW THAT THIS IS FOR GM CARS. Still, my TPMS sensors that I had the tire store install are aftermarket, and I figured I'd take a chance that it could work so that my annoying TPMS dash light would go away. As of now, and as expected, it hasn't worked. I'm giving it 5 stars because others have stated they've had success, and it's a very well-priced device that I would recommend you try if you have a GM car, especially at around $10 at the time of this review. For all the other dolts like me who are wondering if it will work for their 2015 Camry...it won't.

Step one: Watch a YouTube tutorial on virtually any brand of these devices, then head out to the driveway to perform the function. It was so easy a child could do it.Save yourself a trip to the shop, this inexpensive tool get the job done in minutes. I should have bought one years ago.

Sadly as suspected - not sure this is the most reliable tool to use.
