Purchased a size 13 for my husband, he is 6'7 280 lbs, the comfort is great, good ankle support but a little stiff, needs to be worn a couple times to break them in, recommend wearing long socks not short or ankle socks, fit is perfect for a narrow or normal foot size,might not be comfortable for a wide foot, good for indoor skating, padding was good, true to size, the only thing he said he would change was the wheels to something that would allow him to go faster, the ride is smooth with the stock wheels. otherwise it's a great skate for anyone and a great value and quality for the price

The wrench they provided to adjust the nuts was very weak and bent all up on the first turn...you really have to invest in a good nut tool so you can adjust the factory torque on those nuts. When I got my skates, the trucks were super stiff and all the way tight and it was hard to take turns on the rink. It took me days just to find one that was suitable, but I did find this one: for the skates themselves, they feel good. I can stand straight without rolling off like rental skates where I am slipping all around on them.I felt much better in them than the rental skates. But you do got to adjust everything because everything is tightened all the way down. So far I like them and the way the look is basic black and cool! We shall see if they rip in the back like some reviews were saying. I sure hope not. I hope I don't have to upgrade to Impala skates or something.

I purchased these for my husband as his first pair of roller skates. He received them 5 days ago and had used them twice. He is pleased with them and has no complaints so far. I also ordered red waxed laces for him to switch with the black laces to support his favorite College football team. The white toe stoppers will complete the look. An adjustment tool was included and he did loosen the wheels some for a smoother ride.

Good skates if you are a beginner. These are better than the non leather lined Chicago rollerskates.
