I make a ton of slow cooked pork shoulder and brisket. The most annoying part is shredding at the end, but this makes it so easy. Just put a little bit in there, pop the lid on, and twist. Done and done.

I like that this shredder makes the shredding process easy. The trade-off is that there is some clean up required afterwards including "tiny piece removal." As for whether the plastic will hold up long term, only time will tell but I think this is a useful device and would give it a try.

I have to shred chicken every day at work and usually do it by hand so when I saw this I thought I would give it a go. Love it, it is so simple to use and saves me so much time. Simply place chicken breaststroke in base put top on and literally twist it back and forth 2-3 times and job done. Comes with a cleaning brush and onion holder. A customer saw me shredding a chicken breast and was so impressed she asked where it came from. Easy to clean, i soak in hot soapy water then clean with the brush, rinse and air dry.Definitely recommend.
