Got as a gift and the ball bearings in the drawer tracks were scattered all over boxes. So will have to purchase new tracks to make drawers work properly

Horrible shopping experience. We received this nursery set from our family as a baby shower gift. Nearly every piece is damaged and some pieces were just plain missing. Received and entire new chest and dresser but still had damaged pieces and missing pieces. Will be trying to get a full refund. Unimaginably poor quality.
