Disappointed in the top part, it's made out of cheap cardboard and it's 1 inch short. I ordered it and returned it and this is the second time, but it was the same problem. I haven't successfully been able to contact Childcraft but will return it again if not able to get a solid top part.

The top of the cube is flimsy, not like in the picture they have, and there's a gap between the sides. And it's not the right size. The directions were for a different vice with a reflective side, which this didn't have.

There's a section of the cube made of really flimsy wood that the children at my center will almost certainly break. The piece is also about an inch too small on one side so it slides around.Some of the edges don't line up well making the cube a little wonky in some of the corners.

Top of the cube is not the correct size...and according to another review if I return they will send the same thing! Very disappointed!!!

I purchased this based on previous Childcraft purchases that were great. This was a big disappointment. The circle cutouts were cut with a rough saw blade and then not sanded before sealing. This left a very sharp and splintery edge where the children will be climbing in and out.

MAJOR SAFETY CONCERN. Upon arrival, the box looked like it was a previous return...and based on other reviews I can now see why. First screws were missing. Next when the product was assembled, there is a large gap on the top. This piece slides and easily crush fingers.

A product can't be both Greenguard Gold Certified AND have the CA prop 65 warning for formaldehyde. Which is it?
