At first I was frustrated with them because the chocolate would not release and was about to return it. I did give it a second go. I made sure my chocolate was tempered right and placed them in the fridge to set quicker. Released with no issue what so ever. They turned out great.

It’s a nice mold and seems quite durable. But the first few times I used it, I had a hard time trying to get the chocolate out of the mold and broke most of them. I even greased it lightly with butter but that didn’t seem to help much. I finally tried freezing it after pouring in the chocolate. Wow, it made all the difference. The chocolate bars popped out so easily.So be sure to chill/freeze for 10-20 minutes and then rap the mold on a table top to pop it loose.

Better than I expected. This mold is solid construction and has already stood up to being in and out of the freezer for setting, and the bars just fall out of it neatly when they're done. No tapping, no twisting required. Couldn't twist it if I tried, anyway, its got real weight to it. I won't be using those thin flimsy breakable plastic things that you have to twist any more. If I end up needing additional molds, I'll buy a couple more of these.

These sturdy made molds were perfect for my newly found chocolate bars! I love the Dubai chocolate bar craze. It’s pistachio cream with crunchy bits inside of a luscious chocolate bar. Made at home! Easy, convenient and delicious!Great as gifts!

Very happy with this mold. I was looking for a mold that makes a smallish size chocolate bar. The mold appears to be a good quality. The cavities are deep enough to add toppings to my chocolate. Would recommend this product to a friend.

I have around 15 of these molds. They wear down over time. Even with diligent careful tempering and environmental control, there are oftentimes chocolate edges that stick. This happens less when the molds are new, but accelerates with each washing, which is only necessary due to the chocolate sticking to the molds in the first place. I just ordered 6 replacements and as usual, i rinse and sanitize as soon as received. Well to my surprise, one of the "new molds" had chocolate stuck to the back of it. I think it's time i start shopping elsewhere.

I did the famous Dubai chocolate with this. I was afraid that the stuffing will not fit as it’s really small in depth, but turned out I was wrong. It looks so good!
