Works great in the MGB but had to be modified. Had to cut about 15 inches of the rolled metal protection off the unit. This unit has a single wire which is super. Very easy to work with and connect. The old unit had a split wire and was very difficult to attach. I expect it to last a long time. Super value for the price.

Do not buy this choke cable for ANY MODEL GRAVELY RIDING TRACTOR!! The description when I purchased it, included my 8163-G.THIS CABLE IS 12 INCHES TOO SHORT!SELLER NEEDS TO CHANGE THEIR SALE DESCRIPTION NECAUSE IT DOES NOT REACH!!
