I have SEVERE Bicep Tendonitis. NOTHING helps. & its so bad that I will eventually need surgery. In the meantime, this has been my only relief. It hurts to even write or type - but when I put this on, it relieves the pain greatly.I will say, I do try not to wear it very often only because I've read that it makes the muscle weaken instead of getting stronger, but my pain is so bad, sometimes I could care less & wear it all day.This is the only cuff/bandage I've seen for bicep tendonitis as well.I got the medium (being an average woman) but not sure I got the right size. It is tight on my arm - which feels good - but it grabs my arm & makes it look very odd. This definitely is not an attractive look. For woman with any tricep flab, be preapred - it'll make your arm fat look horrible.But again - to be out of pain - who cares.

I was a little skeptical of this at first. The pain in my arm has been bothering me for a few months now, and regardless of medications and/or how I adjusted what I did with the arm, it still continued to bother me.This product was the perfect solution for me. I use it both for my workouts and while I'm building a fence, and it really restricts the pain to where I don't even notice it any more. I'm hoping that this cuff will continue to allow my arm to heal fully, while I can still continue to do my day-to-day activities; pain free.

I don't give very many one star reviews but I have to make an exception this product.I strained my Tricep after I went to the gym.Never done that before. It is pretty uncomfortable painful and flat annoying.It made me a little desperate.Don't be desperate enough to buy this like I was.I am not a short guy. 6'1" and this was a terrible fit. I had my wife measure my upper arm 3 times at 3 places and went with the thickest part of my arm.The size chart is so far off it's almost a scam. It's a joke. I didn't believe others who made the claim. Please believe me. This product sucksThe band is too small. Period. It's impossible to size it right.By the time I was able to get it on and tighten it up even a little it was pressing on my veins enough that it was causing discomfort down my arm and the veins to stand up.THIS IS NOT RETURNABLE.IT DOES NOT SAY THIS ON THE LISTING BUT IT IS TRUE.$30 down the drain.Stick with a basic strap band and save the headache this mess of a product will cause you.

High marks for the product BUT... I'm a 13.5" middle bicep and I purchased the 12.5"-14". Wasn't even close. Purchased the 10"-11" and fits and works great. Went to return the oversized item.... No Returns. I am not sure I've even seen any vendor not accept returns on Amazon. Luckily, Amazon refunded my money and asked that I donate the ill fitting item. Thanks Amazon.. No thanks Medi-Dyne.

The brace is well made and serves its purpose well except you need to make sure you order the right size to fit both the uppermost part of your arm as well as the lower part. The cuff is not fully adjustable as the upper & lower parts are a set size; the straps simply allow you to apply some additional compression or pressure. I ordered mine larger than I believed was needed and found it to still be quite snug. Overall, however, it does work and brought relief to the tendonitis I have on my lower tricep.

This thing works pretty good. I have been having some serious pain in my bicep tendon and had to stop my workouts because of it. I got this and used it and the pain was pretty close to eliminated. I had to go a little easier than I normally do but I can now workout again. Be very careful on the sizing of this thing. Thankfully I read many other reviews and they said that they measured (based on how the MFG website tell you) and it was one size too small for them. I would have ordered a large but because of the review that I read, I ordered and extra large and it is pretty snug. I would not have been able to fit a large on my arm.

I have bicep tendinitis. This brace works to alleviate the pain. I’ve been using it for a couple weeks and I feel no more pain.I also stopped using my arm as I use too. Allowing it to heal. I’m still careful and aware I might hurt it again.

Amazing! I’m a serious computer gamer, have been playing the MMORPG on-line game, World of Warcraft for 12 years, almost every day. Played for hours at a time, but developed tendonitis in my upper “mousing†arm, sadly restricting my time per day gaming. I tried creams, massage, heat....nothing really worked. Until I strapped on this thing, nice and tight while I’m gaming. Pain is GONE. I am HAPPY. Get it. Let your little fingers run like fire over your tablet and click “buy this itemâ€.

Item was completely wrong with the sizing… I measured this 5 times! Tried contacting customer support to no avail, would recommend dropping 1-2 sizes from what is recommended. $100 down the drain!

Working as advertised, I tore my tricep and this has been a great tool in my recovery. Be careful when measuring and if you are in between go with the size up.

followed the instructions on the product, but it was too big, i now have to figure out how to return it and probably wont bother getting another..Edit, the issues returning seem to be amazon, not the supplier, contacted them Saturday the replied Sunday.check and double check the size and do not trust the instructions
